We are so happy that you can join us for our wedding weekend filled with music, fun, and
laughter. Here’s all the information you need to know about the weekend and how our outdoor
wedding festival will flow, complete with camping in a beautiful field.
Everyone invited as a single guest has a plus one, so please let us know who will be attending
with you by indicating it on your RSVP form. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so bring
whoever you wish!
The weekend begins on Friday, September 5th, starting at 3 PM. Feel free to set up your tent (if camping) and get comfortable. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (including alcohol), and there will also be a food van available on site for the evening.
The evening will kick off with drinks and catching up, followed by an outdoor movie screening at around 8 PM. After the movie, we’ll all settle in for the night, ready for the main event on Saturday!
Saturday is WEDDING DAY! Be sure to wear comfy shoes because it will be a long, fun-filled day. You can arrive on site from 10 AM and make your way to the ceremony area for 11 AM.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30 AM, so please be sure to arrive before 11 AM. After the ceremony, the main area will open for an exciting day of activities, games, a children’s corner, live bands, karaoke, and much more. The festivities will continue into the late evening.
Want to sing karaoke, play a song on the guitar, or show off your talents? We would love to see it! Just let us know on the RSVP form if you’d like to participate in the show.
Sunday will be a relaxing morning with hot drinks and plenty of time to recover from the celebrations. You’ll have until midday to pack up and head home.
We’ve created a fantastic setup for the little ones! There will be a bell tent filled with games and activities to keep them entertained. A face painter will be on site from 1 PM to get everyone in the festival spirit. The bell tent will also feature a slumber area for children to take a nap and recharge for the evening.
As mentioned earlier, you are welcome to bring your own food. We will also have three food vendors on-site catering to various dietary requirements, and guests will purchase their own food.
A variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be available from 12 PM on Saturday at the main site. Additionally, a coffee truck will be offering a range of hot and cold beverages from 9 AM Saturday to 12 PM Sunday, including breakfast rolls. Drinks & Food will be available for purchase by guests.
No Dogs: Unfortunately, there is a no dog policy on site.
Facilities: There will be toilets and hot showers on site, along with a pamper/glamour tent in the camping area, equipped with mirrors and electricity for you to get ready comfortably.
While your presence is the greatest gift, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we will provide a wedding card box and a QR code for bank transfers. Any contributions are deeply appreciated.
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2025.
